You will need: application checklist Adobe Acrobat Reader (to view checklist) property information your personal information (include employment and salary information) co-borrower information (if applicable) homeowner's insurance information Internet Explorer browser (Version 5.0 or greater) or Netscape Navigator browser (Version 6.0 or greater) to receive disclosures electronically.

What you can expect from us: A credit report will be run. We will send you an email confirming the receipt of your application within 24 hours. A mortgage loan specialist will contact you within 2 business days to introduce themselves, discuss your application, and answer any questions you may have.

Please note that mortgage loan processing times are now running from 2 to 3 weeks to complete loans. By continuing with this online application process, you agree that the disclosures required to be provided at the time of application will be provided electronically. You must have the ability to save the disclosures to disk or to print the disclosures for your records. If you do not want to receive the disclosures electronically, or if want paper copies of the disclosures, please call us at 800-880-7151 and we can take the application by phone and mail you the disclosures.
